Practical Information: Location: New South Wales, Australia | Reports to: Cloud Solutions Director | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Australia | Language Requirements: Professional level English written and verbal | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Learn more: crayon.com/au As our new Business Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and driving growth in the Microsoft Azure space. You will be responsible for fostering and strengthening relationships with our existing partners within the indirect ecosystems. You will also focus on uplifting existing customers through the partner channel to higher premium Microsoft licenses. Key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with 15 - 30 partners to grow Microsoft Azure partners building marketing and sales capabilities. Utilising Microsoft tools like Cloud Ascent to drive new customer conversations and identify cloud migration opportunities . Implementing business rhythms with partners and Microsoft stakeholders to monitor progress and provide feedback. Attending Sure Step Sellers training and maintaining/increasing certification levels for Azure. Helping partners develop the necessary sales and technical skills to move new customers to Cloud. Your Competencies: 4+ years in presales, training, or customer-facing roles, preferably in customer success, consulting, change management, or sales. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft products is an advantage. Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure or Public Cloud products. Bachelor's degree is a plus. About You: You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills to help MSP partners create profitable and sustainable managed security practices. You are analytical and data-driven yet consultative with a focus on helping partners drive business growth. You have strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. What's on Offer?
