Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirement gathering, user requirement documentation, and stakeholder engagement while working in a fast-paced IT environment . Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed user requirement documentation.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Work closely with Data Scientists , understanding databases and related technologies to support data-driven projects.
- Collaborate with IT teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure project timelines and milestones are met within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and user documentation .
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- IT project experience is required, with an understanding of software development processes.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
