Engineer - Contract Management, Gisborne

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer/ Contractors Representative to join the Gisborne business, where you will be an active member of the Construction Management Team and provide procurement, contract, and construction management services to clients. In this position you will undertake the role of Engineer’s Representative for the construction phase of projects, working towards being able to undertake the role of Engineer to Contract for the construction phase of projects in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, delegated authorities, appropriate legislative requirements and WSP contract management policies, processes and guidelines.

About you:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Preferably minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in contract and construction management
  • Experience of acting as Engineer’s and/or Contractors Representative and working with NZS391X
  • Experience in preparing contract documentation
  • Current clean NZ drivers licence
