We're all about using data and creativity to increase conversions, decrease CPA, and increase ROI for our customers. Experience required for:
- Google Search Ads
- Google Shopping Ads
- Google Performance Max
- Meta Ads (an asset)
- Tik Tok Ads (an asset)
- Amazon Ads (optional)
- Youtube Ads (optional)
- Campaign strategies with a focus on ROAS and/or CPL.
- Campaign builds.
- Campaign optimization and adjustments aimed at increasing ROAS and lowering CPA/CPL
- Client reporting (internal & external).
- Creative testing planning (brainstorming, narrative planning, competitor scoping, etc.).
- Working with our design and dev team to optimize the user journey post-click (i.E. landing page strategies).
- Keyword research & projections for new customers.
- Client communication.
- 3 Years Experience in digital advertising (Google Ads at a minimum)
- Experience with managing a monthly advertising budget of at least $100k combined across all clients
- Experience utilizing GTM (Google Tag Manager) to implement and manage tracking codes, ensuring accurate data collection for analytics and optimization.
- Ability to set up lead, ecomm, and call tracking in various online environment and web properties.
- Configure conversion tracking, event tracking, and custom metrics tailored to campaign objectives.
- Ability to guide and collaborate on the creation of compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with various target demographics.
- Experience in overseeing creative testing and iteration to ensure content effectiveness and adherence to brand standards.
- Experience using tools like GA4 and other data analysis software.
- Ability to properly interpret data and give data-backed recommendations.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions that significantly impact marketing strategies and business outcomes.
- Experience in managing product feeds, crucial for running efficient Google Shopping campaigns and dynamic product ads on social media platforms.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot product feeds to ensure high-quality data and compatibility with ad platforms.
- Excellent customer communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer communication skills in French (an asset).
- Bachelor's Degree (an asset).
