Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be:
- Supporting our client by helping bank customers over the phone, chat, and email with any queries they may have about products or services
- Dealing with complaints
- You are a native Dutch speaker
- You have a business proficiency level of English

- Type of contract: a long-term fixed term contract, renewable every year
- Working hours: full time (40h/week) on rotating shifts (depending on the project)
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month
- Excluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months
