About Us: We are a growing organization in need of a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Company Attorney. Our ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in litigation, as well as expertise in legal compliance and corporate law, to ensure that our business operates within the bounds of the law while minimizing risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company in legal proceedings and disputes.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Provide legal advice and support to various departments and senior management.
Manage external legal counsel and oversee litigation processes.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate legal risks.
Conduct legal research to ensure up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in litigation and corporate legal practice.
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent; must be called to the Bar.
Strong understanding of legal and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
