Job Description

Learn the OSHA legal requirement:

1. SHO regulation the duties that need to be carried out by SHO.
2. Safety committee function of safety committee, the structure.
3. NADOPOD/Emergency procedure.

Hazard Identification Risk Assessment & Risk Control:

1. Learn to identify hazards.
2. Conduct the interview, observation area, refer previous accident.
3. Analyze the risk and provide the countermeasure.

Chemical:

1. Regulation of chemical USECHH & CLASS regulations.
2. PPE management/Training of chemical handling.
3. CHRA, Chemical Exposure monitoring.
4. Chemical specification, chemical register.

Noise:

1. Noise regulation/Conduct noise mapping, personal noise & audiometric.
2. Upon results high noise area provide countermeasure.

Drill:

1. Evacuation drill/Exhaust drill/Chemical training & drill.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Environment.
2. Knowledge on Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge to conduct Hazard identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control.
4. Knowledge to do Meeting minutes, accident report.
