Lab Asisstant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Laboratory Testing: o Perform routine testing for quality control and IPQC activities. o Assist in RandD processes as required.
2. Quality Control Tasks: o Perform daily quality control testing and report findings. o Collect and inspect samples from the warehouse and production areas. o Maintain records and update testing logs for ISO 9001 compliance. o Conduct calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy.
3. Inspection and Sample Preparation: o Conduct pre-delivery and incoming inspections of raw materials and finished goods (FG). o Prepare and test samples for potential customers and suppliers. o Handle label stamping for both internal and external customers. o Assist with GMP inspections and audits.
4. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain ISO 9001 documentation and update relevant records. o Ensure that all laboratory records are archived and comply with regulatory standards. o Assist with email enquiries from the team.
5. Logistics and External Coordination: o Travel to third-party labs for sample submissions and coordination. o Assist with urgent customer orders, including working overtime or weekends when necessary.
6. Laboratory and Office Maintenance: o Ensure housekeeping is maintained in the laboratory and office spaces. o Handle pest control activities
7. Collaboration and Support: o Provide assistance to the Quality Executive and other senior staff to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues. o Support the team by providing technical expertise in quality control processes and inspections
