- Base Salary: $120K–$150K CAD
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250K–$330K CAD
- Equity: Employee Stock Options
- Enterprise Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with enterprise and Fortune 500 organizations, engaging senior HR and talent acquisition leaders.
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Consultative Selling: Use a relationship-driven, consultative approach to deeply understand client needs and position Knockri’s solutions effectively.
- Pipeline Development: Partner with the CEO to build and progress a robust sales pipeline through linkedin messaging, cold calling, referrals, trade shows, and network connections.
- Creative Storytelling: Present tailored solutions using compelling storytelling to showcase the transformative impact of Knockri’s AI-driven technology.
- Industry Expertise: Represent Knockri at industry events and trade shows, staying updated on competitor activity and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver RFP responses, refine sales strategies, and enable organizational success.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the team and organizational goals.
- Experience: 3-5 years of full-cycle SaaS/B2B enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record in HR tech, talent acquisition, or recruitment software.
- Enterprise Focus: Success in selling to large enterprise and Fortune 500 companies, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles.
- Consultative Approach: A relationship-driven sales philosophy with the ability to listen deeply, ask insightful questions, and solve client problems creatively.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of HR tech ecosystems (e.G., ATS, HCM, CRM platforms) and the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly.
- Sales Methodology: Experience with structured sales methodologies (e.G., MEDDPIC, Challenger, Solution Selling) is highly preferred.
- Leadership & Influence: Exceptional business acumen with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and executives.
- Communication & Negotiation: Superior presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.
