Job Description
The Senior Customer Learning Manager (CLM) is a key global partner and collaborator role in the LSEG Academy, a division of Customer Success. The Senior CLM serves as the markets & workflow expert for our Data & Feeds and Analytics communities. LSEG Academy is a global team of educators and practitioners offering enriched learning experiences to the communities we serve. We partner with stakeholders to deliver targeted education, resources, and tools that empower our customers to realize the full value from the products and solutions they subscribe to. On a given day you will collaborate with SMEs across the globe to design, deliver, and update customer facing training content suitable for live classes, videos, eLearning, articles, and/or other learning modalities. You will become the face of LSEG for learning, often creating and leading classes for your communities. What you’ll do :- Partner with stakeholders across Customer Success, Marketing, Product teams, Content, and industry to ideate, create, and deliver impactful learning for your target customer audiences.
- Own and enhance customer curriculum by assessing learning needs for customers in your communities.
- Build and/or enhance customer curriculum materials, video scripts, and assets.
- Develop and/or author eLearning, articles, and learning videos.
- Ensure translated content is aligned to latest versions of learning path courses and support subtitling of videos if required.
- Deliver intermediate to advanced level classes.
- Coach/Support Associates delivering beginner level classes or Customer Success Managers covering non-English classes.
- Deliver and/or partner with internal/external experts on market topic webinars and manage all aspects from preparation to post session follow up activity.
- Review attendance stats, view rates & customer feedback and act on insights.
- Market and promote content with stakeholders and networks to maximize impact.
- Fluent in English with clear pronunciation
- Strong customer and product workflow expertise in one or more of the following areas with preference to Real-Time:
- Real-Time data
- Quantitative Data Solutions
- Reference data and pricing services
- Digital Wealth Solutions
- Analytics
- 5+ years markets experience
- 5+ years’ experience with LSEG solutions or other enterprise data solutions.
- Undergraduate degree or related; CFA, MBA, or other relevant designations welcomed
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Enjoy coaching and elevating performance
- Proactive and resourceful
- Solid professional writing and editorial skills (story telling experience a bonus)
- Strong digital presentation skills
- On-line presentation software (WebEx, Teams, Zoom.)
- Project management (organization, attention to detail, and planning)
- Have your finger on the pulse of market and industry trends
- A level of expertise and/or comfort with at least some of the following:
- Content : Fixed Income, ETI, OTC & Derivatives, Entities data, Pricing, Corporate Actions, Economic data, Analytics
- Technology : Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, Python, SQL, FTP, Data Integration, and Implementation
- Personas : Developers, App Owners, Data Engineers, Quants, Business Analysts, Pricing and Risk
