The Position:

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer Legacy, who will work out of one of Contour Software's Karachi resource center offices, as a part of the R&D department. The position will initially focus on investigating, designing, and coding solutions within the AXIS Enterprise environment.

Desired Skills and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Willing to work Full-time on legacy technology PICBASIC.

Nice to have skills:

• Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to handle stress, prioritize tasks and work under shifting deadlines
• Experience in Dispatch, Travel Agency, Accounting or Financial systems
• 4+ years of experience in Python or similar programming environments
• Willing to work Full-time on legacy technology PICBASIC.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain organized but flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Secure software development practices
• Experience developing scalable enterprise applications
