Position: Head Cluster (Schools & Colleges) Focus: Expansion of school branches and improving the current education system Location: Mardan Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a group of schools and colleges within the assigned cluster.
- Provide guidance and support to principals, administrators, and faculty to ensure alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage staff development and team cohesion.
- Strategic Planning & Implementation:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance, operations, and educational outcomes of institutions within the cluster.
- Ensure the timely execution of key initiatives and projects, maintaining consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Educational Excellence:
- Monitor and evaluate the academic performance and quality of teaching and learning in all institutions within the cluster.
- Implement interventions and support mechanisms to raise academic standards, address challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and national educational regulations and standards.
- Regularly assess and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, curricula, and policies.
- Staff Development:
- Lead professional development initiatives for teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance their skills and improve institutional performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality leadership at each institution.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and community members to foster a positive reputation and support for the cluster’s institutions.
- Address concerns and resolve issues raised by students, parents, or staff in a timely and effective manner.
- Resource Management:
- Oversee the effective use of resources (financial, human, and infrastructural) within the cluster to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Reporting & Monitoring:
- Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in educational leadership or management, preferably in a multi-school or multi-college environment.
