Position: Head Cluster (Schools & Colleges) Focus: Expansion of school branches and improving the current education system Location: Mardan Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Management:
    • Lead and manage a group of schools and colleges within the assigned cluster.
    • Provide guidance and support to principals, administrators, and faculty to ensure alignment with organizational goals and educational standards.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage staff development and team cohesion.
  2. Strategic Planning & Implementation:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance, operations, and educational outcomes of institutions within the cluster.
    • Ensure the timely execution of key initiatives and projects, maintaining consistency and adherence to best practices.
  3. Educational Excellence:
    • Monitor and evaluate the academic performance and quality of teaching and learning in all institutions within the cluster.
    • Implement interventions and support mechanisms to raise academic standards, address challenges, and promote continuous improvement.
  4. Compliance & Standards:
    • Ensure adherence to local, state, and national educational regulations and standards.
    • Regularly assess and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, curricula, and policies.
  5. Staff Development:
    • Lead professional development initiatives for teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance their skills and improve institutional performance.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality leadership at each institution.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with parents, students, and community members to foster a positive reputation and support for the cluster’s institutions.
    • Address concerns and resolve issues raised by students, parents, or staff in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Resource Management:
    • Oversee the effective use of resources (financial, human, and infrastructural) within the cluster to ensure operational efficiency and sustainability.
  8. Reporting & Monitoring:
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Master’s degree in Education, Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in educational leadership or management, preferably in a multi-school or multi-college environment.
