They are a tech company that stays at the forefront of their industry and love what they do. The Role We are excited to work on a 3rd position for this company. The role reports to the Client Support Team Lead, you need to be someone who has a passion for providing great customer service, is proactive and a team player. This is a fast-paced business, so adaptability and agility are essential to be successful. You will be communicating with their clients, making sure they receive excellent service and keeping a record of all interactions. The ability to juggle workflow and quickly pick up new systems is key to being successful, along with the ability to want to help people and provide a great service! Key Requirements:
- Using technology and systems to manage high call volumes
- Excellent customer service communication skills (3+ years' experience)
- Technical savviness to learn new systems fast
- The ability to identify and escalate where required
- Effective time management & multitasking abilities
- Experience supporting SaaS customers previously highly advantageous
- Hybrid work environment, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
- Training and Development budget
- 10 "ECG" days in addition to annual leave for you to decide how to use
- Located near the train station with car parking available
