RRFMG Asia Pacific OPC, a fast-growing outsourced accounting firm in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, is looking for experienced Senior Accountants, Accounting Supervisors, and Accounting Managers. All clients are based in the USA, and there is a need to work closely with the USA team members, where the Home Office is based. Why Choose RRFMG? Key Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls for all employees, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
- Handle direct deposit requests and process paper checks for distribution.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues.
- Process wage garnishments and other deductions using Paylocity.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of payroll principles and best practices.
- Preferably with knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, Heartland Payroll) and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and management.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Willing to work on a midnight shift.
