What You’ll Do:- Outreach Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Client Outreach (B2B): Build relationships with businesses, introducing them to our leadership development services.
- Growth Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze outreach efforts, refining strategies based on data.
- Manage Growth Tools: Use and maintain tools (e.g., CRM, email platforms, or analytics software) to track and support client acquisition efforts.
- Support Founder: Collaborate directly with the founder to brainstorm and execute client acquisition initiatives.
- A strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and bootstrapping businesses.
- Evidence of entrepreneurial or leadership experience (e.g., starting a small business, leading a project or organization).
- Sales experience or other client-facing roles are a big plus.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur and available for weekly in-person meetings.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible, full-time internship (with adjustable working hours).
- Weekly compensation of RM 700.
- A fully remote setup, complemented by weekly in-person meetings in KL.
- Valuable mentorship and hands-on experience working closely with a founder.
