Job details
- Responsible in providing efficient systematic and effective administrative support to the Marketing Division.
- Track and analyze marketing expenses.
- Prepare AandP form in SAP system and submit for approval.
- Prepare SR form in SAP system and submit for approval.
- Creation of product code for all new products.
- Support in all ad-hoc on events activities not limited to collection and packing of products.
- Maintain product stock level, cleanliness and tidiness of the merchandising room.
- Assist on preparation in creating product label instructions.
- Screening of document (e.g. ingredient list, back label and catalogue)
- Work closely with other departments to achieve operational efficiencies. Participate in process improvement initiatives and workflow for streamlining.
- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with principles, business partners, customers and authorities.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience within a fast paced and highly competitive business environment. Experience within FMCG industry would be a plus.
- Detailed oriented with proven capability in managing multiple completing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and is well adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, highly motivated and flexible.
- Highly organised and attention to detail.
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
