Job details
- involve in recruitment process (recruit internal sales personnel with a monthly target)
- writing of job advertisements, calling of candidates and attending at front desk
- administration includes filing, scanning, emails and data-entry of sales reports and etc
- closing of weeklt sales report with zero mistake
- to meet monthly recruitment target as set by the management
- doing up weekly and monthly reports as required by the management
- attend ad-hoc tasks as required by the directors and managers
- upkeep of office location (teamwork with peers)
- attend team-night activities
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- proficient in MS office (excel, words, powerpoint)
- high sense of urgency
- able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- organized, neat, clean and tidy
- ability to speak and write good english, biilingual
- immediate starter preffered
- have a great SMILE with a fun personality
