Company Description QTek Digital is looking for a dynamic and passionate sales and marketing operations analyst to join their growing Go To Market Sales Ops team. This individual will have excellent communication skills, a craft to find, nurture, and convert leads into prospects and customers. The individual will utilize email campaigns, social media campaigns, phone outreach, and other outreach tools to prospect and convert leads. The individual will help define and refine the sales outreach strategy to achieve the company goals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Analyst. This analyst will be responsible for communication with clients, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, conducting sales sessions, and bringing in new sales and contracts'. Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in business management or sales and marketing management
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in the IT consulting or technology services industry
- Strong understanding of b2b sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals
- 2-5 years of experience working as a digital sales and marketing lead associate
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Brevo, and other Sales and CRM applications
- 2-5 years of experience running Email campaigns, social campaigns to grow and attract user base
- Ability to make connections and gain sales opportunities for the company
- Any other task as assigned.
