Design & Application Engineer

As a Design & Application Engineer at Avanceon, your responsibilities will entail:

1. Design, configuration, integration, and implementation of process control solutions for various industries.
2. Develop P&IDs and loop descriptions for various plants, processes, and/or equipment.
3. Develop User Requirement Specifications.
4. Develop software and hardware design specifications.
5. Design, write, implement, test, and document PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI software.
6. Develop control system validation/testing protocols.
7. Specify and procure process instrumentation, PLCs, DCSs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment.
8. Develop electrical and control panel schematics.
9. Develop scope of supply documents.
10. Manage and monitor the progress of automation projects.
11. Install, test, and start up control systems onsite.
12. Train operators and engineers on control systems.

1. BSc Engineering - Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics.
2. Experience: at least 1-4 years (within the automation industry).

• Process Manufacturing, Field Instrumentation, Control System Installation, and Implementation Expertise in the Following Project Phases:
• Requirement’s Documentation,
• Detailed Design Generation,
• Implementation, System Integration, Testing, and Onsite Startup.

• Excellent interpersonal with verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to cultivate strong and lasting relationships with both customers and partners.
