Role Description
Seeking a truly out-of-the-box thinker for the role of Product Owner / Manager. You will be in charge of our solutions being built, adaptable and quick to learn our business, users, and product. We would like someone that takes extreme ownership; capable of getting things done with little information and the chaos of an early-stage startup. Show extreme curiosity: you dig into the "why" of a problem and are excited to truly understand how to innovate the solution. We need someone with general business acumen: you love both the strategy and the details. In return, you get to feel awesome about helping feed the world, get paid handsomely, and have a chance for some international travel! This is a full-time role for a Product Owner at Craft Tech. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. Specifically, manage the development of a product from start to finish to ensure it meets the needs of the client and the company's vision; as well as act as a liaison between product strategy and development.Some specifics:
- Defining the product vision: Setting the direction for the product and aligning it with the company's vision.
- Prioritizing needs: Identifying and prioritizing the client's needs and requirements.
- Managing the backlog: Maintaining and updating the product backlog, which is a to-do list of features to develop.
- Defining user stories: Writing clear descriptions of the customer's needs so they can be completed within budget.
- Running user tests: Gathering initial feedback from clients to make adjustments.
- Leading product releases: Planning and leading the release of new product features.
- Serving as a product ambassador: Sharing knowledge and answering questions internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills, Product Management, and Business Analysis.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Understanding of Software Development processes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
