Job Overview CONVO is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing social media strategies, managing multiple platforms, and creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and using analytics to drive brand awareness and engagement. The candidate should also be adept at drafting and creating clear, concise documentation for campaigns, strategies, and performance reports. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals and increase brand awareness.
- Manage and oversee daily social media activities, including content creation, posting, and community management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create engaging, original content (text, images, video) to drive user engagement and brand loyalty.
- Draft and maintain detailed documentation for social media strategies, content calendars, campaign execution, and performance reports.
- Analyze social media trends, insights, and metrics to continuously improve performance, reach, and engagement.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, inquiries, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content is current and innovative.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to produce visually appealing and effective content for campaigns.
- Draft reports for senior management on social media performance, insights, and key metrics, ensuring all documents are clear and easy to understand.
- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the IT sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing or a related field, from a reputable institute.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and paid social media strategies.
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and editing for various platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh ideas for social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
