Required Experience: 1,Chemical Knowledge (With at least 3 years of experience)

• Fundamental knowledge of chemical reactions, material properties, chemical thermodynamics, and physical chemistry.
• Understanding reaction kinetics, thermal management, and fluid dynamics.

2,Analytical Techniques

-Deriving efficient process improvement solutions through mathematical analysis, fluid analysis, and thermal analysis.

3,Knowledge of Safety Management

-Expertise in managing and mitigating risks in chemical processes (e.g., HAZOP analysis, risk assessment).

4,Teamwork and Communication Skills

• Collaboration with other departments, research teams, and clients.
• Proficiency in creating presentations and writing reports.

Job Description: 1,Reaction Engineering

• Analyzing the mechanisms of chemical reactions and optimizing reaction conditions.
• Design and operation of reactors, and adjustment of reaction rates.

2,Testing and Simulation

• Scale-up testing for chemical reactions and production processes.
• Simulating reactions and energy efficiency using process simulation tools (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS, etc.).

3,Quality Control and Safety Management

• Establishing quality control standards for chemical products to minimize defects and risks during the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring the safety of processes and products while complying with regulations and legal requirements.
