Head of Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
2. Independently handle client interactions, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
3. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including research, requirement gathering, innovation, development, and proposal creation.
4. Assemble and mentor a team of talented professionals, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time.
5. Introduce and implement innovative technologies, including AI and other cutting-edge solutions.
6. Manage and improve existing solutions and technologies, as well as develop new products and mobile applications.
7. Ensure excellent communication and presentation of project progress and outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
8. Travel to the Middle East and USA as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
