Job Location - Remote Timings - 2:00pm-11:00pm/5:00pm-2:00am IST JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a talented and driven FP&A Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting, forecasting, and analytics processes that empower informed decision-making and propel our business forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare reports, forecasts, and analytics while supporting decision-making and multi-year strategic planning processes. • Conduct monthly variance analysis to assess financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Assist with the annual budget and quarterly forecasting updates for assigned business units. • Produce and validate the accuracy of standardized monthly financial reporting packages. • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to address business challenges and enhance competitive advantage. • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business needs and provide actionable insights. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: • Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. • High attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking. • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create impactful presentations. • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset. PREFERRED SKILLS: • Experience with Microsoft Excel, D365, OneStream, SQL, and Power BI. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred). • 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. • Actively pursuing or holding relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA, CMA, FPAC).
