This dynamic role demands expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) , and other core financial functions, alongside familiarity with HR processes in the context of consultancy and client engagements. The ideal candidate will ensure financial compliance, optimize cash flow management, and support internal and client-facing financial operations. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Manage end-to-end AP processes, including vendor invoicing, expense tracking, and timely payments.
  • Oversee AR functions, ensuring accurate client billing, payment follow-ups, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Perform account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment-related issues for vendors and clients.
  • Generate and analyze aging reports to monitor outstanding payments and collections.
Client-Focused Financial Advisory:
  • Partner with clients to understand financial requirements and provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Assist clients with financial audits, compliance, and improving financial processes.
  • Support client organizations with payroll processing, tax filings, and financial reporting.
Financial Operations:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and client use.
  • Monitor budgets, forecast financial trends, and recommend cost-saving measures.
Policy, Compliance, and Reporting:
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, labor laws, and other statutory requirements.
  • Develop, update, and implement financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present financial analytics, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Support organizational initiatives such as cultural transformation, restructuring, and process improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 4–5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in AP/AR and consultancy or client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, labor laws, and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise is essential).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
