We are seeking an experienced Deal Origination Head to lead our deal origination efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, originating, and executing new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of relationships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in deal origination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Deal Origination: Identify, originate, and execute new business opportunities that align with our company's strategic objectives. 2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to source new business opportunities. 3. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in our target markets. 4. Deal Structuring: Work with cross-functional teams to structure and execute deals that meet our company's risk and return requirements. 5. Negotiation: Negotiate deal terms and conditions with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. 6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on deal origination performance, including pipeline growth, deal conversion rates, and revenue generation. Requirements: 1. Education: Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in deal origination, investment banking, or a related field. 3. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets, deal structuring, and risk management. 5. Network: Established network of relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders. 6. Industry Expertise: Prior Venture Capital or Debt Fund experience a must
