Job Responsibilities : ● Lead the Design Process : Guide the creative team in producing innovative and visually striking designs, videos, and graphics for marketing material. Oversee the design lifecycle from ideation to execution. Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with the brand’s vision. Continuously evaluate workflows to optimize efficiency and quality. ● Create Impactful Designs : Develop visually engaging and innovative designs tailored for print and digital platforms. Ensure all designs resonate with the brand’s identity and appeal to the target audience. ● Provide Hands-on Expertise : Utilize expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW to guide the team. Act as a technical resource for complex design challenges, ensuring the team delivers top-tier outputs consistently. ● Manage, Mentor, Delegate : Lead and inspire the team to create a collaborative and innovative work culture. Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and identify growth opportunities for team members. Encourage experimentation and learning to enhance creativity and skills. Delegate tasks effectively based on individual strengths and skill set to ensure optimal resource utilisation. Address challenges proactively to keep the workflow seamless. ● Cross-Department Communication : Work closely with other departments to align design strategies with overall business objectives. Act as a bridge between departments to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communications. ● Review and Approve Designs : Thorough QC of all major brand assets before they go live. Evaluate visuals for clarity, creativity, and adherence to brand standards, ensuring every output creates a strong visual impact. ● Foster a Positive Team Culture : Promote collaboration, creativity, and innovation, ensuring the team consistently delivers outstanding results. Skills and Preferences -● Experience : 5+ years of relevant professional experience in creative design ● Technical Proficiency : Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Illustrator photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), CorelDRAW ● Leadership Abilities : Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring creative teams ● Collaboration and Communication : Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and with cross-functional teams to achieve aligned business goals.
