Responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Collaborating on reporting systems and delivering routine and ad hoc reports
• Presenting information through impactful presentations and communications
• Supporting project management and improvement initiatives
• Benchmarking national best practices and recommending meaningful changes

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in chart or medical records auditing
• Preferably experienced in Home Health or Nursing Home Facilities
• Strong computer and medical billing software skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced team environment
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA policies
• Preferably certified as a professional medical auditor
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
• Registered Nurse - NY License
