You will leverage ClickUp , Go High Level , and AI tools to streamline workflows, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth, timely product launch. Key Deliverables:

1. Create and manage a detailed project plan in ClickUp for the product launch.
2. Set up and optimize marketing workflows in Go High Level.
3. Integrate AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
4. Coordinate teams to hit key milestones for a successful launch.
5. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.

Familiarity with ClickUp , Go High Level , and AI tools is a must. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project management for SaaS marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Create, manage, and optimize project plans using ClickUp to ensure timely delivery. ClickUp proficiency is a must along with attention to detail with an understanding in business.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align on project goals, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Set up and manage workflows and automations using Go High Level and AI-based tools to streamline operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage contingencies, and adapt plans as necessary to overcome challenges.
• Drive cross-functional communication to align priorities, track progress, and resolve blockers.
• Report project status, milestones, and results to key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in SaaS, marketing, and product launch environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp (required).
• Strong working knowledge of Go High Level and the ability to configure and optimize workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in project automation and efficiency improvement.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with development and marketing teams.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
