Front End Developers (Angular.JS, CSS Javascript)

Job Specification

The primary focus for this position is to provide functional and/or technical expertise to solve business problems while creating an interactive experience for our client(s).

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Experience with HTML5 / CSS3 / AngularJS / Node.js
2. Experience implementing and supporting high-volume CMS sites (WordPress/Drupal)
3. Web user interface design skills and usability analysis
4. Experience with monitoring tools to pinpoint performance issues

Preferred Qualifications

1. User experience, user interface, user interaction, and/or front-end development experience
2. Experience with the following:

• Restful Web Services
• Ember.js
• AngularJS
• Backbone
• MySQL
• Node.js
• Git

• Experience developing consumer-facing web applications
• Responsive development for multiple screen sizes and resolutions

Responsibilities

1. Create dynamic, high volume websites and mobile apps from design concept to implementation
2. Complete CSS styling and layout of pages while maintaining browser compatibility
3. Develop JavaScript to interact with industry standard libraries for rich client interactions on desktop and mobile apps
4. Work with a project architect and/or technical lead to confirm and substantiate functional and technical designs and effectively communicate concerns
5. Install and configure open source server technologies including Apache PHP, MySQL and others
6. Leverage GitHub for software configuration management
7. Perform peer code reviews, learn and deploy new technologies as needed
