Looking for a Chief of Staff for Chennai Location (Retail Business) Roles & Responsibility : Strategic Partnership Work closely with the CBO to develop, execute and prioritise strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives Act as a key thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, identify potential roadblocks, and recommend solutions to drive results Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices Strategic communication Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports to senior management, synthesizing business metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making Craft and disseminate strategic communications on behalf of the CBO, including internal announcements, presentations, and speeches. Represent the CBO in meetings, conferences, and events as needed Performance Monitoring and Analysis Establish metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards organizational goals and objectives Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to the CBO and leadership team Operational Efficiency and Project Management: Lead and support strategic projects and programs within the CBO's portfolio, from conception to execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes to the CBO and executive leadership team Develop and propose robust processes and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement Stakeholder Engagement Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, principals, and clients, to advance organizational goals and priorities Act as a key liaison between the CBO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination of activities Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Behavioural competencies

  • Proven track record of driving Business initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience in a similar or business management role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate consensus across diverse teams
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and data visualization software such as Tableau or other relevant analytics platforms
  • Ability to effectively engage in data storytelling, translating complex data sets into compelling narratives and insights to facilitate informed decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
