Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an E-Commerce Catalogue Manager at Local Nation. The Catalogue Manager will be responsible for managing and updating product listings, enhancing the user experience, analyzing data to improve conversions, and leading a team to maintain a high standard of catalogue management. - Product Listing Management & Approval: Oversee product listings, ensuring accuracy in titles, descriptions, prices, and images. Audit and approve product listings before they go live.
- Frontend Optimisation: Organize product categories, collection pages, and sequencing to highlight bestsellers, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions strategically.
- Coordination with Brands: Act as the POC for brands, ensuring smooth communication and timely listing updates.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and update inventory to prevent stockouts or overselling, coordinating with the operations team.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to guide product assortment and pricing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and content, to optimise catalogue content.
- Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
