HPL Gamedesign Corporation is looking for a Project Manager/Project Coordinator, remote and full-time position. Project managers are the point person in charge of projects within an organization. You should plan, monitor, and report on the project with project management tools, sometimes pitching the idea of the project or being assigned to it once it’s already been approved. You are the bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project. You have to make sure the scope of the project is sound, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying on the approved schedule. Responsibilities as a Project Manager
- Create & manage project plans.
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives.
- Plan and implement projects in cooperation with the Team Leader.
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Manage project team in cooperation with the Team Leader.
- Manage all documentation in regards to the projects.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Create a schedule and project timeline.
- Upload deliverables to the cloud as backup files for easy filing and tracking.
- Work with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support and direct the team in cooperation with the Team Leader.
- Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team in cooperation with the Team Leader.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
- Communicate with the stakeholders on the progress and status of projects.
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Train and manage junior project managers.
- Manage/Check projects of junior project managers.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
