Your Responsibilities as a Lead Generation Executive: As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to identify and generate high-quality leads that contribute to our clients' growth and success. * Research and maintain a database of potential clients. * Use LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels to connect with prospects. * Build and nurture relationships by understanding client needs. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies. * Provide performance reports and suggest improvements. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize lead generation efforts * Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to the team to enhance skills and productivity. * Research potential leads in target markets using tools like LinkedIn and company websites. * Evaluate leads based on budget, need, authority, and timeline (BANT) and pass qualified leads to the sales team You will fit right in if you have: * Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent research and analytical abilities. * Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM software, and email platforms. * A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or business development. * Familiarity with CRM tools and lead qualification processes.
