Join Our Team as a Production Support Engineer – Shape the Future of Financial Services Technology MSBC is seeking for a dynamic Production Support Engineer with expertise in Linux systems and networking to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of the stock market domain (an advantage). You will be responsible for troubleshooting and supporting the company's products, ensuring optimal performance for clients, and effectively collaborating with technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Linux System Support:
- Networking & Windows Server Support:

- Customer Support & Communication:
- System Understanding & Troubleshooting:
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- 3-6 years of experience in a technical support role, system administration, or similar field.
- Proven experience with Linux system support, troubleshooting, and administration.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and experience with Windows Servers .
- Familiarity with stock market concepts or financial domain is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS).
- Experience troubleshooting system issues on Linux and Windows servers.
- Basic understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, and related tools for troubleshooting
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and system diagnostics.
- Familiar with ITIL And SQL Query Support.
- Experience in the financial or stock market domain is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional technologies like Docker, cloud environments (AWS, GCP), or configuration management tools is beneficial
