Job Title: Techno Sales Experience: 8 - 15 Years Location : Surat, India Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling textile chemicals, pigments, and inks. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Identify and engage with potential customers in the textile industry, including manufacturers and distributors. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our textile chemicals, pigments, and inks. Provide technical support and guidance to customers, addressing their specific needs and requirements. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, specifically in the textile chemicals, pigments, and inks industry. Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and the application of chemicals and pigments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
