We are looking for a talented UI/UX and 2D Motion, Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help us elevate our visual and interactive presence. Job Description: Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design:
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create user personas, and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Perform usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

• 2D Motion Graphic Design:
• Create dynamic and visually appealing 2D animations & graphics for various digital platforms including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop storyboards and concepts for motion graphics projects.
• Work with the marketing and content teams to produce video content that aligns with our brand identity.
• Ensure all animations are optimized for performance and compatibility across different devices and platforms.

• General:
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our products and brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Animation, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and 2D Motion Graphic Designer.
• Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects and 2D motion graphics.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HTML/CSS to better collaborate with developers.
• Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
• Knowledge of animation principles and techniques for creating engaging 2D motion graphics.
