Job Overview The Associate role is integral to our Content Team. This position involves creating impactful learning experiences, supporting students, and ensuring the smooth execution of academic activities. Responsibilities include:

• Hosting engaging classes and interactive sessions.
• Developing and curating high-quality content and assignments.
• Counseling students to address academic and career-related concerns.
• Tracking student progress and maintaining records.
• Resolving student doubts and providing clarity on concepts.
• Coordinating with faculty for seamless course delivery.
• Designing and managing class schedules efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Class Hosting

Facilitate online classes and ensure a smooth learning experience for students.

• Content Creation

Develop, review, and update course materials, assignments, and assessments.

• Student Counseling

Provide guidance and support to students regarding their academic journey and career goals.

• Progress Tracking

Monitor and analyze student performance metrics to ensure growth.

• Faculty Coordination

Collaborate with instructors to align on course objectives and delivery.

• Schedule Management

Create and maintain detailed class schedules, ensuring timely updates. Qualifications

• Must be studying Nursing in India, USA, Canada, or Australia.
• Preference will be given to candidates preparing for or having cleared the NCLEX.

Education

• Enrolled in or completed a Nursing degree program.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
