This west-rand-based company has an opening for a Bookkeeper to Balance Sheet to look after the accounting for the company and its subsidiaries.
This is a stand-alone position and the responsibilities will include:
- Full function bookkeeping
- Income Statement
- Debtors full function
- Creditors full function
- Ordering and controlling
- Bank recons and cash book updates
- All Fixed assets
- Purchasing, maintaining and depreciating assets
- Debit orders
- Insurance
- Credit cards charges
- Cell phone costs
- Installments sales agreements
- Petty cash
- General ledger entries, accruals and recons.
- Group loan accounts
- Compiling of budgets
- Filing of all documentation
- Running of all month to date and year to date reports
- Liaise with auditors.
