Lead Instructional Designer

Job Title: Lead Instructional Designer (Immediate Joiner) Location: Work From Home (WFH) Experience Required: 5+ years Education: Post-graduation preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. A higher education degree (post-graduation) is preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1) Develop and design instructional materials for various learning formats including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning. 2) Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. 3) Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to create effective and engaging learning experiences. 4) Conduct needs analysis and audience analysis to inform the design and development of training programs. 5) Implement assessment and evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs. 6) Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology. Qualifications: 1) Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field. 2) Strong knowledge of instructional design theories and models. 3) Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS). 4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. 6) Higher education degree (post-graduation) preferred. Preferred Skills: 1) Experience with multimedia production and graphic design. 2) Familiarity with online collaboration tools and project management software. 3) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4) Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
