Job Title: Onboarding Team Bookkeeper Job Description Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Team Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will support USA-based chiropractic practices by onboarding 4 to 5 new bookkeeping clients weekly while maintaining an average of 15 previously onboarded clients’ books until they are transitioned to the monthly reporting team. You’ll work on standardizing new clients’ financial data to align with our client's reporting framework, ensuring accurate, high-quality bookkeeping that meets their rigorous Quality Control (QC) standards. The position offers a fast-paced yet rewarding environment, supported by automation tools, standardized processes, and customized software for efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Standardize new clients’ accounting data in line with the client's reporting framework.
- Update year-to-date (YTD) transaction data.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts.
- Ensure all financial data is QC-ready for a seamless handover to the monthly bookkeeping department.
- 2–3 years in a client-facing bookkeeping or accounting role.
- Hands-on experience with bookkeeping to Balance Sheet.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Medium-level proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis.
- Proficiency with cloud accounting software.
- Tech-savvy with a capacity to work with automation tools and integrated systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a deadline-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a remote team structure.
- A basic understanding of the American tax system and chiropractic industry is preferred. Comprehensive training will be provided during onboarding.
