Lead Generation Responsible for responding and diverting online customer queries to the toll free number Ensure follow-up to track the customer status with the retails sales manager and also schedule for client visit to respective site is fixed Coordination Ensure that the every lead is accurately transferred to respective sales manager. Responsible for attending property exhibitions and trade fairs as and when required. Relationship Management Building good rapport with prospective & existing clients. Maintain relationship with team members and site staff. Reports Responsible for timely preparation & submission of weekly MIS on the online client support and report Generating & updating CRM reports
