• Lead the development team in designing and implementing robust web solutions that meet client specifications.
• Conduct thorough client requirement gathering sessions to ascertain project needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support and fostering professional growth within the team.
• Continuously assess and improve development processes, instituting best practices for coding and project management.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new techniques that enhance website functionality and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a website developer , with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Demonstrated ability in gathering client requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies including PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
