- Develop engaging and informative content for YouTube and Instagram that simplifies real estate investment, making it both exciting and relatable to diverse audiences.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends and transform complex real estate topics into concise, compelling, and shareable content.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and the creative team to ideate and execute innovative content strategies that align with the brand's vision.
- Craft well-structured scripts and design impactful content plans tailored to resonate with investors and build lasting engagement.
- Monitor and adapt to evolving trends, viral content, and audience preferences across social media platforms.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
