Roles & Responsibilities: Planning Responsibility delegated by GM of marine division Assist Marine Superintendent (MSI) with Marine operational expense budget preparation. Assist MSI preparing the annual Management review. Assisting in preparing the fleet notice and sharing information/alert related to Marine and security information. Updating and maintaining the company’s agreement related to Marine division. Support Marine team in ICAM Investigation (When requested). Operational (Do) Updating and maintaining the scheduling and planning Marine Audit and visit record. Updating and maintaining Marine periodical review record. Updating and maintaining the Security exercise plan, SSP review, BWMP, SOPEP, NT VRP, USCG and Panama SMS Procedures; maintaining the SSAS test and Iridium test record. Updating and maintaining insurance claim records and reporting related to marine division. Updating and maintaining monthly Marine KPI data. Updating and maintaining the company’s library inventory of marine publication. Updating and maintaining the record of all office and vessel audits/inspections report related to navigation, mooring and cargo and prepare the statistic. Take minutes for Marine operation meeting and Marine Internal/external meeting and audit. Assist in arranging Iridium phone test with vessel. Additionally, start to support the team with some MSI duties when the MSI is out of the office. Support PAL report and assist MSI for closing report. Performance Monitoring (Check) Responsibility delegated by GM of marine division Support MSI with Insurance claim related to Marine Operations. Support Marine team in preparing for DoC, Green Award, TMSA and MTMSA Audits. Prepare performance reports for Quarterly Stakeholder meetings. Driving Improvement (Act) Review and maintain the marine operation record data monthly KPA data and ensure MSI are informed. Co-ordinate in arranging remote VDR, remote CCR CCTV Audit and external Nav Audit. Assist the projects/task related to Marine Operations (Navigation, Mooring & Cargo) under supervision of GM of marine division. Preparation and completion of presentation for charterer/owner and navigation safety campaign. Job Requirement Must possess Class 3 Marine certificate competency or Diploma in Marine related disciplines. Understanding ship management, international convention regulation, ISM code, ISPS code and basic Marine operation and port operations. Proficient with company software applications. Desire to drive for continuous maintenance and operational condition of the company existing and new vessel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
