• Are you a design wizard with a knack for storytelling? Do you thrive on creating visuals that inspire, engage, and stand out? We’re on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Evolve Marketing Team and help us craft captivating campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing: • Design That Speaks: Collaborate with our marketing team to create stunning visuals for social media, ads, presentations, infographics, and websites. • Keep It Consistent: Maintain and elevate the Evolve brand identity across all materials. • Campaign Magic: Design creative assets for promotional campaigns targeting specific audiences. • Motion in Motion: Create basic motion graphics for social posts, ads, and video content (animated typography, transitions, etc.). • Trendspotting: Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to our marketing initiatives. • Team Spirit: Work closely with content creators and our visual team to deliver cohesive and compelling designs. What We’re Looking For: • Storyteller in Design: You know how to turn ideas into visuals that connect emotionally and intellectually. • Art History Buff: Familiar with maximalism and other art periods? Even better—you can adapt styles for different projects. • Color Guru: You understand color psychology, contrast, harmony, and how they impact user perception. • Typography & Layout Pro: You’ve mastered visual hierarchy and know how to guide the eye with balance and finesse. • Detail-Oriented Problem Solver: You catch the little things and always look for ways to improve. Your Toolkit: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Experience with design tools like Figma or Canva . • Basic motion graphics skills (bonus points if you’ve dabbled with After Effects or similar tools).
