About Us At AlemHealth, we build software and hardware that connects hospitals in developing countries to a global network of diagnostic imaging, pathology, and specialist consultation services. Our doctor network raises the quality of care for patients in emerging markets and makes it available at affordable prices. We are looking for a teammate to join us as the junior project manager and ops hero our company needs to build and manage public health tools. This role will provide a comprehensive education in starting and running a company in digital health from zero to one to a thousand. You will work closely with the founders of AlemHealth and our head of public health to keep a major new project moving in the right direction. The Role This is a full-time role to join a growing medical technology company. We’re seeking a teammate who is detail-oriented, highly communicative, process-oriented, and always seeking better ways of solving problems. Your job will be part operations and part technical, supporting teams in multiple countries. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the telemedicine, midwifery, and diagnostics project; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress. Work closely with the local team to drive program impact through marketing, referral schemes, and other initiatives. Responsible for patient adoption of services and incorporation of workflows in standard work. Assist in the management of 90+ telemedicine doctors. Provide planning, direction, leadership, and expertise in telemedicine operations while continuously refining and improving operational approaches. Monitor and evaluate patient experience. Lead the development of key metrics to track and report project outcomes. Prepare regular reports for management regarding project status. Note: We are a fully remote team with teammates globally. This position is remote or based out of our office in Singapore. If you're not in Singapore, that's completely welcome, but GMT+2 is about as far west as we'd recommend, as the project you're working on is in GMT+4. Demonstrated skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Experience in a growth or product capacity at a startup. Nice to have: Experience in an operations-heavy startup role, managing two-sided marketplace projects. Technical writing skills. BA/BS in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Medicine. Interest in telemedicine, women's health, mental health, and medical data sharing. Technical knowledge (not necessarily a formal degree) in NoCode platforms or SQL, and familiarity with online tools such as Retool, Notion, Zendesk, Figma, Hubspot, Canva, Google Analytics/Adwords, and Facebook Business Manager.
