Job Title: Project Manager Location: Remote (PST Time zone) Salary Range: up to 2100 USD Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST), with flexibility, requiring 8 hours of work per day. Discover a world of career possibilities with Sagan. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join a growing fire protection company. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in construction or fire protection, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating with clients, engineering teams, and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and coordinate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to budgetary constraints. Prepare and submit cost estimates and budget forecasts to upper management.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work performed meets industry standards and complies with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and changes to scope or timelines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve issues during the project to minimize disruptions to timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation and reports of project progress, budgets, and changes, and submit timely reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or fire protection industries.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management software such as Monday.com, Procore, or Project365.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attributes: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in an agile environment.
  • Education: PMI knowledge or certification is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in fire protection or HVAC industries.
  • Proficiency with agile workflows and project management software.
