Position overview As the Executive Assistant (EA) at Thryve, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our our co-founders and other functional leads(as and when needed), in managing their daily activities and ensuring smooth operations. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communication, and providing administrative support to enable our executives to focus on strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to handle a wide range of tasks with confidentiality. Responsibilities Empowering the Co-founders to responsively address growing business demands

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate co-founders' schedules, including scheduling meetings or appointments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing emails, calls, and messages (across different platforms like LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage all aspects of travel arrangements for not only co-founders but also for other team members, as and when required, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Supporting the broader organization through the Co-Founders' office:
  • Plan, organize, and schedule meetings, ensuring all participants have the necessary information, taking notes and following up on action items
  • Assist in managing and coordinating projects on Asana, including tracking progress, scheduling meetings, and preparing project documentation
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, clients, and partners, representing co-founders professionally
  • Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality experiences
Other responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records, to ensure efficient operations
  • Help co-founders navigate and utilize remote work tools and technologies effectively, including Asana, Notion, Miro, and Google Workspace and ensuring they are up-to-date with relevant software and platforms
  • Assist Marketing Lead with SEO tasks and execution of marketing campaigns, optimizing content for search engines
  • Assist in the management of operational tasks such as budget tracking and expense reports.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Slack and other remote team software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Experience in working with early-stage, remote startups
  • Understanding of remote work tools and practices
  • Prior experience working with diverse teams in a global setting would be preferred
