Quantity Surveyor cum Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities Lead and drive the Contract Management work Attend monthly Client and Stakeholder meetings independently Prepare tender / contract documents Work with statutory boards clients Perform contract management and administration duties Maintain strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Update and administer both pre- and post-contract administration works for Term Contracts and minor improvement works Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flow projections are met and payments are promptly made to contractors and service providers Assist in the preparation of ITT/ITQ contract documentation including conducting site show rounds & tender interviews Prepare recommendation papers and liaise with various government agencies Conduct weekly meetings with clients and prepare minutes Requirements Diploma / Degree in Building Services / Quantity Surveyor or related engineering discipline 3 years of relevant working experience and track records in managing contracts / projects Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong Contract and Project management skill set #J-18808-Ljbffr
